Customer Tab

Underneath the “Customers” tab, you will see seven sub-tabs.

  1. All Customers. This will show the customers of the account. It will list the customer’s name, email address, mobile number, who they are a customer of and what status their agreement is in.
  2. Pending Agreements. This shows agreements that have been sent to customers but are still waiting for the customer to onboard.
  3. Agreements. This shows all Active Smart Payment Agreements.
  4. In Care. This shows all Active Smart Payment Agreements that are currently In Care – meaning there is either a current Grace Period or Auto-Retry has been scheduled.
  5. Suspended. This shows all current Suspended Smart Payment Agreements.
  6. Recoveries. Shows all agreements that are currently in Recovery status.
  7. All Agreements. This shows all Smart Payment Agreements under the merchant.

Inside, these tabs show ‘Type’, ‘Created’, ‘Customer’, ‘Reference’, and ‘State’ of the agreements. If you wish to see an individual Smart Payment Agreement, you can click on the arrow icon at the end of the agreement information line [].
