To resend a Smart Payment Agreement™, complete the following steps:
- Navigate to the Customers page, use the available search, and filter options to locate the customer record associated with the Agreement invitation you want to resend. Alternatively, select the Pending Agreements tab to display a list of all Agreement invitations that can be resent.
- Within the "Invitation Status" tile, you will find several options for resending the invitation:
Resend Email: This option will resend the initial Agreement invitation to the customer via email.
Resend SMS: This option will resend the initial Agreement invitation to the customer via SMS. - Copy Link: This option will copy a direct link to the Agreement invitation to your device's clipboard. You can then send this link to the customer through other communication channels.
- Choose the appropriate resend option based on your preference and the customer's communication method.
- Once the invitation is resent, the customer will receive additional automatic reminders if they do not complete the onboarding process on the same day.
