While onboarding to a Smart Payment Agreement, a customer will receive an invitation to view and accept the Agreement.
Once a customer has onboarded and a Smart Payment Agreement is active, payment notifications they will receive from the system will be for:
- Failed payments.
- Auto Retry of missed/failed payments.
- Grace Periods - one when the Grace Period commences and another before the Grace Period finishes.
- Suspension of Smart Payment Agreements.
- Payment Method changes.
- Cancellation of Smart Payment Agreements.
