Payment Notifications/Reminders (For Businesses)

While onboarding to a Smart Payment Agreement, a customer will receive an invitation to view and accept the Agreement.


Once a customer has onboarded and a Smart Payment Agreement is active, payment notifications they will receive from the system will be for:

  • Failed payments.
  • Auto Retry of missed/failed payments.
  • Grace Periods - one when the Grace Period commences and another before the Grace Period finishes.
  • Suspension of Smart Payment Agreements.
  • Payment Method changes.
  • Cancellation of Smart Payment Agreements.
