Customer payments taken from bank accounts instead of credit cards

We can support bank account payments but do not provide access to a direct debit facility directly.  An electronic direct debit facility would need to be provided by your bank. Each bank has different onboarding processes and this can take a considerable amount of time, they would issue with an APCA ID and APCA username and a process for submitting files. We would then be able to submit the debit files on your behalf.
