Follow the below steps on how to manage your communication templates:
- Log into your account.
- Navigate to Account > Settings > Communication Settings.
- Click on Messages.
- Click to expand an email template Type i.e. Grace Payment.
- You can update the subject and body of the message as well as use Substitute fields to insert relevant information about your business.
- Click on the eye symbol or the right to preview your changes.
- Repeat the process for each template you wish to update.
