If your Payment Method is your Bank Account details, it will be processed as a “Direct Entry” - essentially it is a bank transfer. As these are not instantaneous, an unsuccessful result can take numerous days to be returned by your Bank or Financial Institution.
Upon notification being sent by the system of the unsuccessful payment we offer a 24 hour Grace Period™ where you are able to make up your payment, often for a minimal fee. You can do this by adding or updating a credit/debit card as your Payment Method that will allow the transaction to be completed.
