To archive a customer, follow these steps:
- Select the Customers button on the top navigation menu to access the Customers page.
- Choose the desired customer from the list or use the search bar and filters to locate the customer record.
- Select the arrow icon (manage) to load the customer's overview page. Alternatively, you can click on the customer information line and choose Edit details.
- Click on the pencil (edit) icon at the top left of the customer overview to open the edit customer window.
- Within the edit customer window, click the Archive button to archive the customer.
Please note that archiving a customer with incomplete agreements will cancel any future payments or collections. You will be prompted to confirm your intentions before proceeding. - To view archived customers, return to the Customers page and apply the "Show Archived Customers" filter within the search bar.
