What is a ‘DDR’?

A Direct Debit Request, or DDR, is the contractual part of your new Agreement which allows transactions to be processed. In this case it is the agreement between you and the system, allowing them to debit your nominated bank account or credit card at agreed intervals for agreed amounts, according to the Agreement terms created by who you are paying.

  • It is important to note that the agreement between you and the system is purely regarding the authorisation of processing the actual payments.

  • If you wish to make any changes to your payment Agreement (such as pausing, cancelling, changing payment amounts, etc) these must be directed to whoever you have the Agreement with - not the system - and their details can be found in the contact section of your Agreement.
